When it comes to skin cancer, delaying diagnosis and treatment can be the difference between life and death. When Dr Dan Morgan from The Skin Cancer Doctor was last in Manilla, he checked the skin of 23 local people and conducted 12 procedures to remove skin cancer or take a biopsyof suspicious lesions.
