Last Saturday 23rd April The Playhouse Hotel presented the premiere performance of From the Big Smoke to the Bush, a one man show written and performed by singer/songwriter Morton Choppers. The artist held the audience spellbound with his remarkable story of quitting his steady job as a successful music agent and entrepreneur in order to take his own show on the road, performing in clubs and pubs in every part of Australia.
